• Deposit equal to one night stay due with reservation, two nights stay due with reservation of four nights or more.
• Three night minimum on holiday weekends - must be pre-paid in full at least 30 days prior to arrival. No REFUNDS for holiday cancellations.
• Credit Cards will be swiped at check-in for security deposit purposes.
• Deposits can be made with VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or personal check. (** Please allow 14 days prior to check-in for personal checks to clear.)
• Refunds of deposits less a $10.00 bookkeeping fee will be made if cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to check-in date.
• Upon check-in, a rental agreement must be signed stating there will be a minimum fine of at least $250.00 for violation of Pet and Smoking Policy (strictly prohibited).

1 day rental - $49.95 + tax

2 day rental - $89.95 + tax

3 day rental - $129.95 + tax

Proof of liability insurance for your golf cart must be on file in the campground office. Only persons with a valid drivers license may operate carts in the campground. Carts operated after dark must have headlights. Speed Limit of 5mph applies to golf carts as well as vehicles.
