30’ Nomad— (No PETS Allowed in Rental units.)This luxury unit will comfortably sleep six.  The floor plan includes a queen-size bedroom in front, a living area with a couch that folds down to a bed, a TV/VCR, A/C, stereo, a full kitchen with oven, range, microwave, sink, refrigerator and dinnette, twin bunk beds and a full bath.  Units come stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc.  Renters only need supply bed and bath linens.

 

*Deposit equal to one  night stay due with reservation, two nights stay due with reservation of four nights or more.

*Three night minimum on holiday weekends—must be pre-paid in full at least 30 days prior to arrival.  No REFUNDS for holiday cancellations.

*Credit Cards will be swiped at check-in for security deposit purposes.

*Deposits can be made with VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or personal check.  (**Please allow 14 days prior to check-in for personal checks to clear.)

*Refunds of deposits less a $10.00 bookkeeping fee will be made if cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to check-in date.

*Upon check-in, a rental agreement must be signed stating that there will be a minimum fine of at least $250.00 for Violation of Pet and Smoking Policy (strictly prohibited).

 

 

 

37’ Pilgrim with Double-Slides— (No PETS or Smoking Allowed in Rental units.)This luxury unit will comfortably sleep six.  The floor plan includes a double-bunk bedroom in front with flat panel TV, a living area with TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, A/C, a full kitchen with oven, range, microwave, sink, large refrigerator and dinnette, full bath with stand-up shower, and a rear queen-sized bedroom also with Flat screen TV.  Units come stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc.  Renters only need supply bed and bath linens.
