Tall Pines Harbor offers the option of leasing a “Seasonal Site”.  Our current season runs from March 1st until November 1st of each year.  A seasonal site lease agreement allows you to pick a site and set up your camping unit so that it can be left for the season.  An electric meter will be installed on your site and once a month, the meters are read and fees are due and payable to the campground owners.

 

The cost for 2008 Seasonal sites are $2,500.00 which is to be paid in full with signed contract or as follows:  $100.00 Non-Refundable deposit with signed contract, one-third of the balance by Feb. 1st , one-third by April 1^st, and the final one-third by June 1^st.  Rents not paid by the 10^th of the month due, shall incur a 10% per month late fee.
